APACHE RUN SIBERIANS

This is a companion (pet) puppy who will be sold on a spay/neuter contract with limited registration, making it ineligible for registered offspring/breeding.

I, the undersigned seller, hereafter known as Apache Run Siberians have on this day, sold the below named Siberian Husky to the undersigned buyer for the price of ________ $______________ with a $50.00 refund given upon proof of spay/neuter.

This dog, to the best knowledge of the seller, is in sound health and free from communicable diseases at the date of sale. Immunizations will be current upon sell date.
 

Apache Run guarantees your puppy to be an excellent pet for the rest of his life.

Should this dog die for any reason after 48 hours from purchase, the buyer is responsible for full payment of the dog. Apache Run will replace any dog that may die from a proven pre-existing condition prior to 48 hours. Seller demands to be notified immediately should any illness or disease be detected. This seller will not cover payments for veterinary attendance for treatment due to negligence, mistreatment or accident to said dog, or for regular veterinary examinations or shots.

The Buyer will pay all shipping costs on the replacement dog.
 

As Siberians love to run, please keep your new puppy on a leash when walking and in a fenced area at home. This Siberian is not to be chained, or ride loose in the back of a truck. Siberian shall have fresh water, good quality food, and adequate shelter at all times.

We cannot and will not be held responsible or liable for a dog that becomes lost.

This dog's registered name shall contain Apache Run at the beginning of the name, no other prefix or suffix will be used unless written permission from Apache Run is obtained.

This dog is being sold with the intention of providing companionship to the Buyer for the rest of the dog's natural life. Seller retains the right of first offer of purchase should the Buyer decide to sell said dog for any reason at a later date. Buyer will notify Apache Run in writing. Purchase price shall be no more than the price paid to the seller on the above date. If this pup is sold, this contract becomes null and void. Apache Run must be notified as to where the dog goes. (this is for record keeping as well as assuring that all pups are in happy healthy homes)

I hereby understand and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this contract. I understand this contract is enforceable under current American Kennel Club rules regarding contracts and registration matters. I understand that failure to comply with this contract as written will result in permanent loss of the right to have the dog registered in my/our name(s). If either party is forced to take legal action to enforce any part of this contract, action shall be in the county of the Breeder's residence.

Any legal fees and court cost shall be the responsibility of the party found to be at fault.
