WELCOME TO APACHE RUN SIBERIANS!
Our Siberians Sport A Smiling Face in Conformation, Obedience, Therapy Work and Carting!!
Apache Run is a small show kennel dedicated to the Siberian Husky breed. We have been involved with Siberians since 1994, and through these years have learned a great deal about them. Our love for the Siberian has led us to be involved in conformation, obedience, therapy work, and carting. We have been fortunate enough to acquire some of the best lines in the the Country. We now also have 1 Alaskan Malamute! Our hearts, spirits and dreams are one. We are located in West Texas, in old Apache Indian territory. Arrowheads, pieces of pottery, and lots of flint are found on our property. Thus the name of our kennel!
We are proud members of the Siberian Husky Club of America. We are also an AKC Registered Kennel.

Did you Know....
Siberian Huskies are not the breed for everyone - Siberians love to dig, if you want a perfect landscaped yard, don't get a Siberian Husky! Siberians have a thick double coat and shed, if you hate hair everywhere, don't get a Siberian Husky! Siberians love everyone, if you want a watchdog, don't get a Siberian Husky! Siberians are very intelligent and independant, if you don't have alot of time to devote, don't get a Siberian Husky! But...if you are up to the challenge, you will discover that if you are a firm and gentle leader you will earn the loyalty and respect of this truly magnificent animal. Siberians display speed, endurance and a friendly attitude. A well-bred Siberian Husky moves across the snow or around the show ring effortlessly, and just as important as his beauty is his temperament. Siberian Huskies are team players, and are up for ANYTHING you take the time to train them to do. Apache Run Siberians strives to maintain the working Siberian through carting. There is nothing more breathtaking than a Siberian Husky doing what it was bred to do....RUN! |
